Humbert Blanco is the data controller for personal data collected through this application (finance.humbert.ninja), a personal and private installation for domestic use.

  • Account data: Name, email address, and password (encrypted).
  • Financial data: Balances, transactions, and bank account information obtained through open banking (PSD2) or manual import (CSV/PDF).
  • Technical data: IP address and access logs (server logs).

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Management and visualization of personal finances.
  • Automatic synchronization of bank accounts via open banking.
  • Generation of personal financial statistics and reports.

4. Legal Basis

  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): The user consents by registering and connecting their accounts.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): Maintenance and security of the application.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

The only external communications are:

  • Enable Banking OY (Finland): PSD2 provider for bank connections. Acts as a data processor under its own regulatory obligations.

6. Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on a private server located in the European Union.
  • Local PostgreSQL database, not accessible from the outside.
  • Communications encrypted with TLS 1.3.
  • Passwords stored using cryptographic hashing.

7. Retention

Data is retained while the user account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed.
